72 year old female came to me for a smile rejuvenation. She had not been happy for years with the color and length of her front teeth. She was excited to add some tooth length as well as changing the color.

We saw her for a diagnostic records appointment first. With all that information, we work hand in hand with our cosmetic dental lab creating the vision that this patient described.
When she arrive for her smile preparation day, we overlay the new design onto her teeth so we can both see the pre-planned design. Once we have approval from both the patient AND the dentist we proceed. The patient leaves that day with pre-planned temporaries that she can wear and get used to for 4 weeks while the lab is hand crafting her new porcelain.

This patient felt like this process “reverse-aged” her. A fun case to do when you can address and change a specific want from a patient. She wanted her front teeth longer and wanted a lighter fresher shade.
